How often do I need to change the tapes?

For the first 2 weeks, do not remove the tapes your doctor applied. After the 14th day, change the tape every 2–3 days; if it has loosened or become dirty, you can change it even more than once on the same day.

🩹

First 2 Weeks (14 days): Do not touch or remove the tapes your doctor applied.

🔄

After the 14th Day: Change the tape every 2–3 days.

💧

If It Has Loosened or Become Dirty: Do not wait; if the tape has loosened or become dirty because of sweating, getting wet or soiling, you can change it even more than once on the same day.

⚠️ Caution: Never pull on your skin when removing the tape — this leads to increased swelling. Before removing the tape, reduce its stickiness by wetting it with lukewarm water or with baby oil, and only then take it off.
