💎 Can I get a nose piercing after surgery?

⚡

Absolutely not in the first 12 months; you could have serious problems. We do not recommend it after one year either.

⚠️
Why?

A piercing can cause the cartilage structures inside the nose to become infected and lead to permanent, irreversible problems in the nose.

🏥
Day of surgery

Any piercings you are wearing are removed on the day of surgery; those not on the nose can be put back in once you are moved to your room (day of surgery).
